Famara, one of Lanzarote's jewels located in a natural parc, has become a hot spot the last years as it is the perfect place for active beach life with surfers of all kind: wing foiling, surfing and kite surfing. The ocean is right in front of your door and you can watch the everchanging waves, admire the surfers and enjoy the spectacular views of this amazing iconic 5km wide bay.

If you love beach life then Playa de Famara is definitely worth your visit!

Nature lovers can walk along the coast, discover a volcano or hike the dramatic cliffs soaring up at the end of the beach. The beautiful and rugged pristine beach unfolds in an otherworldly landscape making you forget all your sorrows and disconnect from daily life.

Although, the village Caleta de Famara, is so much more than a surfers paradise. This old fisherman's village where the small sandy streets invite you to wander around and then sip a coffee or a glass of Malvasia on a charming terrace and have some great local food is just fabulous.

Discover this hidden treasure with its long and wide sand beach next to the El Risco cliffs.
